Refund policy

We are glad to accept a return for orders placed on our website within 30 days of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

The Following conditions apply:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, undamaged with all the tags attached.
• Intimate wear cannot be returned.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned.
• Personal Care and Health items cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

• We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected.
• We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Your refund will be processed, and credited to the original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping

Once your return has been approved we will contact you with further instructions. 

You are responsible for paying your shipping costs when returning an item, Shipping costs are non-refundable.
